Centro North

Centro North is the northern half of downtown Puerto Vallarta, bridging the traditional Centro core with the Hotel Zone. It mixes older residential blocks with newer development, offering a shorter walk to the Malecon than Versalles while staying more residential than the waterfront tourist strip. Prices sit between Zona Romantica's premium and the quieter northern suburbs.
